Great story! Wow!! ANd what a hilarious post from Mr Mayer. He was rather pompous, wasn't he? For Investor's Only... that was a red flag to wave in front of the Goofs. I had forgotten all about the beginning! Becuase it then lay dormant for a while until the "Igvasion" at Feelies when X and I moved in and cleaned it up so we had a place to be elegant- the Goofs had left it a mess. Just read some early posts--there are all these references to a raid of Goofies on Feelies led by well, looky here-- JEffy the Blue Crab!!! ANd a wild woman who shot people rather indiscriminately with gummibears. What devils we were when we were kids. LIke the SI Bloods and Crips. The Goofs and the Feelies. Thanks for the story, the smiles, and the memories!
