I expect Steve Luczo to say he can't talk about the deal while the SEC is considering action but he will leak lots of information favorable to his cause.

Maybe the vote will not occur as soon as planned. I read one post suggesting the SEC was having some problems with the fairness statements in SEG's application. If they get SEC approval they have 17 consolidated lawsuits in Delaware and 5 independent lawsuits in California attempting to block the deal. Some have suggested the courts could order an auction that Silver Lakes could not survive. I am finally beginning to see some articles mentioning the rip-off to shareholders. We should have an interesting month.
