The only public statement was that Rambus had reached "a settlement" I suppose you could say something witty and try to insult me again, or you could tell us all where you found this non-public information about the terms of the settlement. Somehow I'm guessing you'll just go with another insult, since there is no public information about the terms of the settlement.
