I think we disagree on a lot of things, Barb, but this is a point we can agree on. The "war on drugs" is the camel whose nose was once under our tent but which is now occupying the entire campsite. This "war" has essentially shredded the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. If I could snap my fingers and make things happen, I'd eliminate the drug laws and prohibit any tax money from ever being spent on rehab, maintenance, or detox programs. Let the people who abuse drugs live with the consequences of their actions. jim
