Earthquake Shakes Indonesia's Capital

JAKARTA (Reuters) - An earthquake struck Indonesia's capital Jakarta and the province of West Java on Wednesday morning, rattling buildings and causing panic in offices.

The tremor lasted for about a minute and hit just after 0105 GMT, sending dozens of workers fleeing the multi-story building in Jakarta where Reuters has its offices.
