sf: I recently visited Brazil, where corruption and violence are pervasive,affecting even the most sanctified places.Yet, there are still "a few good men" left in the military...So, it's not all hopeless (Brazil flourished under military rule in the 60's, corruption&violence was miniscule then). On a bright note,TNE has become very customer-friendly, and I'll be looking for opportunities on dips.
