With all due respect, those are pretty healthy assumptions about Buffet getting involved considering you don't know for sure if he has even read their annual report. This easily ( and probably ) is Louis Simpson's company. At the annual meeting, Buffett was asked about one the companies he "suppossedly" owned x% of and stated he never read the annual report. It was Simpsons. Simpson's a big boy. He doesn't need to check Omaha to make a big investment. With all due respect.
