Comment: I, too, have great difficulty digesting the possibility of $1.5 billion but can't rule it out as impossibible...When one looks at AMD's revenue growth track record since 99Q3, revenue growth has been nothing short of remarkable capped most recently by revenues in Q1 of $1.1 billion in an historically weak quarter which eclipsed those of the preceding Q4 (historically strong quarter by a wide margin)...I mean, very few, if any here, projected Q1 revenues of $1.1 billion...Q1 marked the intro of the $1000 1 gig Athy and Q2 marked volume sales of the 1 gig Athy...I guess $1.5 billion in Q2 revenues is possible if one assumes Athy ASP of $450 and strong Dresden production contribution...an ASP that could occur if 50% of Q2 Athy sales were in the 800 to 1 gig range, which incidentally seems to have been the target niche for AMD after they took the high road with respect to the xbox scorched earth pricing fiasco...$1.5 billion in Q2 revenues, highly probable?...not imho...$1.5 billion in Q2 revenues, possible?...I wouldn't put anything past AMD in terms of upside surprises...AMD has a penchant,of recent, for providing the upside surprise...Just a great company, great management team, world leader in two major segments in the industry, state-of-the-art plant, great product line, great execution and great to its investment community...and at $83, a bargain at double the price!!!
