For those with questions about CREST and inclusion in the FTSE, and whether any requirement prohibits either event. I recently (last week) asked IR about these two matters. Of course, they can not give a definitive answer as these events are somewhat beyond their control, but they did say they were "hopeful" that trading on CREST would begin in July or August and inclusion in the FTSE 250 would occur in the 4th quarter. Though I directly posed the question, no statement was made that indicated either event was prohibited. I hesitated to post this information as it is really not definitive, thus not all that useful. However, some investors may have had this question arise. All FWIW.
