Hi Dave, I don't have an inside track to information. What I do have is a personal interest in this company until they give me a reason not too. I still have to make phone calls an talk to real people. I've talked to both parties. NFC an ECNC an talked about the merger. Both are excited. They feel it is a good business deal. I agree. After talking to them both, NFC is a plus for ECNC. It will make us a real company able to do what it is that we want to do. As far as sharing information, I don't have a problem with it. All I'm asking for is that let me share it an if I get some of the facts wrong, correct me but don't accuse me. I'm just another smuck trying to make a buck. Sometimes I get the info mixed up, but it is not intentional. All I want to see that everyone make some bucks. The company is real an it isn't going to go away. Will it be a billion dollar company. Who knows but it will be a real company. Too many folks are into this. Catcha on the upside, Ron
