more PMCS....I've been long for a while but cut back in

08:55 ET PMC-Sierra (PMCS) 196 7/16: -- Update -- Morgan Stanley Dean Witter very positive on QEDI acquisition and raises price target from $225 to $250 in anticipation of strong earnings on Thursday. They are looking for $0.18 per share, First Call consensus is $0.19 per share. Forecasts sequential revenue growth to be above 20%.
