You stated they got the 2% figure. Yet nobody on this thread, except you, claims to know what the terms of the settlement were. If you can't reply with YES or NO to the above question, don't reply at all. I think have stated the question as clearly as possible. YES or NO. Not "whatever" or "go away" or "i'm tired of this" YES or NO.
