Hi Ray:

I am not sure that the 3G madness in Britain will be
repeated here (no matter how much the FCC would love it).
After the excesses of the C block PCS auction, observers
expected the LMDS auction to be hotly contested in 98,
but it was very subdued.

If word gets around quickly enough that bidders overpaid
in the UK auction, the opposite might happen here.
