Bill's bias is clearly stated so that as you dig deeper into the legal and technical issues confronting a company like IDCC -- $100+ million in cash, neglible debt, close to $5m a quarter in recurring TDMA royalties, and only 53m shares outstanding. Understanding those legal and technical issues will help you formulate your own judgement of the risk-reward and how it matches your own risk profile.
