But assume you have been to "presentations" where they were present.

And you certainly know the reputation of their employers re: Qualcomm, i.e. hit em hard, hit em low....

Any comment on why?

What CSFB didn't mention - Korean carriers have already established new "creative schemes" to minimize the effect of the subsidy ban.
