Good news. New federal regulations effective Aug 7, 2000 mandate the purchase of environmentally preferable materials by all government agencies.

Wow...US$0.80. What gives...Republican platform propose a ban on any product labelled AllGreen?! I'm thinking the risk/reward has never looked better and continue to average down...but am being swamped by sellers...help!
