Re LRCX: Since the AMAT team of Bagley / Mercedes Johnson came in, they've beat up their suppliers extracting much better financial terms. I suspect this has not endeared them to their suppliers. It's conceivable that LRCX isn't at the top of their list for allocating scarce capacity which wasn't included in forecasts / contracts. Just a WAG.

RE ESIO: In the conference call, Don L pointed out that ESIO's business to the capacitor sector grew more than 50%; and that this is the best leading indicator that he's seen for the rest of the business. Another nail in SSB's coffin as if that coffin needed any more iron. ;^)
