Please list all the Republicans who have publicly gone on record as wanting to eliminate the IRS (there are a few), Social Security (none), MediCare (none), MedicAid (none), public education (a few), etc...

I suppose that is true as long as "due process" is maintained. Would you agree however that we have a serious problem in this country when "due process" consists of the President, unilaterally and without consulting Congress, with a stroke of the pen, stiffens EPA regulations ( as he did this week ) and in the process deprives citizens of $Billions?
