On the other hand, if a competing offer doesn't come in over the next week or so, I think we'll see the share price slide back to the DB offer price of $4.25. If DB doesn't get the 50% tendered and pulls their offer or WSP uses the poison pill, the price will drop even further. DB can always come back later and offer a higher price.

KLA (SUF's partner at Mackay Lake) reports that JV offers have been received re their Mackay Lake property (adjoins Snap to the north). Hmmmm...
