Remember also that most of the stock is still in "friendly" hands.

And more of it is going into friendly hands every day if this board is any indication. Qcom is one I'm planning on holding on to LT. I also agree with you, I don't think a takeover is likely but the threat is a signing devise that could be used. BWDIK.

Didn't see blg's anti-takeover post until after I posted this. That would make TO unlikely, as he says.
