Any idea why SCON is not participating in today's rally? Im tempted to jump in but I havent been watching the stock lately.

Well, the Naz seems to run into some resistance here just under the critical point at 4070, and thus the biotech's may have some temporary weakness, however, QLTI is not really a biotech and longer term, their position in the photodynamic therapy field is simply "commanding".
