I would be astonished that such a 'non-compete' clause could possibly include not being allowed to sell product to the competition.....non-compete to my way of thinking is designed to limit the parties' involvement in doing business in 'each other's' market, i.e. XLA cannot do web hosting.

Is there a copy of this clause you can post to the board which will help me understand this peculiar restriction?
