Platinum customers (75 or more trades per quarter) get free installation and free monthly service. Power Etrade customers get (30 or more)free installation and 34.99 monthly fee (which is still cheap). If you are trading on these levels I would recommend it. I was leery at first because I heard nightmare's regarding the installation. Luckily, as of now, I have no problems with the exception of the fact that they haven't yet provided me with an email address.
