Thanks for clarifying Cramer's position. I know he is also a hedge fund manager and his performance is dismal at best.
I don't know what his trading record is.
I agree that he is a smart man, writes very fast etc., but his performance as a fund guy is not impressive.

Cramer's well publicized manic personality is usually sound and fury signifying nothing. The notion that two companies of the magnitude and significance of JDSU and SDLI would undertake a merger without consulting legal counsel is preposterous. He's upset they didn't consult with Cramer & Co.
