Thanks for the link, I stand corrected about Union Pacific moving into fiber optic/wireless. They seem to be getting their act together there.....When I checked with my son, he said that it was old news.....to him anyway. He said that there are other railroads looking into this as well, such as CSX, NS, and BNSF, so there could be a lot of equipment deployed along these rights-of-way.
