I think that ultimately the whole China thing will work out well for QCOM. Once China decides to play by the western rules, I expect the growth of any tech that is positioned there to be explosive. P&F chart suggests that the bottom may be in with a low pole reversal. I wouldn't mind a little profit taking to take a speculative position in QCOM. Also looking at taking an initial position in JDSU.
