Hemant, i've no idea...didn't they pay out a big dividend recently? as far as i know this is now the holding of Northam platinum... i'll look into it.

Hemant, it seems the company is being wound up...all the assets are being sold and the proceeds being paid out to shareholders. i'll see if i can find out some details.

it seems this is the final distribution of GDFLY cash. i'm not sure if the stock has any residual value left. last year you could have collected a stunning 600% in dividend pay-outs btw. i'm contacting them to find out what's going to happen next...will post their reply here once i have it.

THE DISTRIBUTION IS BEING MADE IN ANTICIPATION OF THE PROPOSED MEMBERS' VOLUNTARY WINDING-UP OF GFSA IN TERMS OF SECTIONS 349 AND 350 OF THE COMPANIES ACT, 1973 (ACT 61 OF 1973), AS AMENDED.
