1) What tip of what iceberg? Down 2c on 28 k shares. Massive European buying in August??? 2) Trust is a slow growing plant in an aged bosom. 3) Life is short and the art difficult (forgot my Latin). Talk is cheap, and plentiful. Personally, I'm waiting for concrete actions, eg refinery financing, commissioning and production. You'll know soon if they are for real. If instead of concrete actions you have a lot of talk about European buying, worldwide demand for cobalt, BINCO, sales contract to Sheppard...well, draw your own conclusions. The official talk (see PR)in May was for beginning of refinery rebuild in July 2000 and refinery production in Q4. The world waits.
