Good eyes, Dick. January was a Type #1 Wave 5 BUY that was good for a quick 25% pop. Today, I see a Type #2 BUY with targets between the previous Wave 4 high of 36 and MOB resistance just under 40. So that's between 10-25% from current levels. Also note today the first XTL breakout bar, a bullish trending JTI, Cycles turning up, a good looking 14-3-3 Stochastic and last but not least, a positive Optimized Parabolic.
