"Blake" is me! Down here, our kin like to remind us that we have middle names by using them freely. It's also useful when you and your cousins share the same family name as your first name. "Jerry" has too many syllables, so my name is "Jer-blake".

Its kinda like all those pretty Catholic girls up your way with names like Mary Margaret, Donna Marie, Elizabeth Lynn, etc.
