bear market rally update: As of this posting we are at 4178 for the NASDAQ Comp QQQ's are selling around 99. If I recall Bob correctly from a while back he thought the NAZ COMP would reach 4000 and had a potential to exceed 4000 by 5%-10%. Also I think he more recently suggested the QQQ' would likely reach or exceed 100. So if we take that 5%-10% potential the NASDAQ COMP could get to a maximum? of about 4200 to 4400. The QQQ's are now sniffing 100 and above with a bit more rally. If we take 4400 as the upper limit(which I have no idea if Bob wants to) that means we could have a maximum of about 5% gain from here in terms of the NASDAQ COMP. Take home message:IMO people should be considering what type of action e.g. selling and hedging, they would take when Bob calls a top and make preparations such as transferring money etc. that would allow for quick desired action for when a potential inflection point comes in the near future. Note that I have no idea if Bob agrees with my interpretations. Also if someone offers me money for further interpretation I will tell them to shove the money up their Wazoo to paraphrase that E-Trade commercial Marc
