Kernan says: usually the acquirer's stock goes down, for this gain to occur is very impressive, the street obviously likes both sides of this transaction even though the price is 50x revenue, says ceo says deal will further relationships both companies have with csco, future leaders will be the companies winning deals right now because once you win a customer they stay with you. Overall a very positive report from cnbc. My comment: maybe csco will start looking at pmcs if they are that important. Ken
