Bud - [...If the argument is one of monetary cost..it will not wash...] It certainly is NOT a monetary cost that is of highest importance. It is nothing less than the utter destruction of American society, or at least what may be left of it. If you really believe the 'War on Drugs' to be an heroic enterprise, you are encouraged to put your money where your belief is. Merely go down to your bank and withdraw or deposit $10,001, and reverse the transaction the next day. This is the easiest way to enlist in the 'War on Drugs', and saves you the uncertainty of knowing exactly when you will be conscripted. Regards, Don
