Elizabeth, I was up until the wee hours watching the tube. The "news" was busy explaining how 'Net stocks were down 60% for the year, how "momentum investing is dead", and that "investors" were moving out of techs into the S&P, "value" stocks, et al. While Bloomberg and CNBC were talking this noise, NASD futures rocketed overnight without much comment beyond the fact that YAHOO trading up after hours. And today, the the NASD responded in a VERY friendly manner. Please query your resources. Since "the news" obviously hasn't got a clue, perhaps the Pandas will have some valuable insights to offer.
