CPIH primarily is involved in three different types of projects: alterations and additions; fit-outs; and new works. The Company performs fit-outs and alterations and additions on many different commercial and retail developments, including shopping centers, restaurants, shops, offices, hotels, housing estates and industrial establishments. The Company also has undertaken a number of new works construction projects, including the construction of new buildings or structures, turnkey projects, and demolition works. In addition to its fitting out and construction activities, the Company evaluates and makes investments in infrastructure (power plant), hotel and property projects with emphasis in the PRC.

carefull on cien, about once a week, people start talking about value, and pe's, and when they do, cien gets killed, what was the rumor? cien looks like another possible short to me
