The majority of businesses in this country are small businesses. I have never heard any of these employers do what you're talking about. They certainly don't "adjust salaries" to make up for taxation on income. This is ludicrous.

You sure are going through hoops trying to justify the theft of individual wealth to support socialist programs which was never the intent of the business of government in the first place!
