Tollgrade Comm (TLGD) 138 1/4 +13 1/4: Reports Q2 earnings of $0.54 a share, $0.23 better than the First Call consensus of $0.31, vs year-ago earnings of $0.20; revenues rose 107.7% to $29.70 mln from a year-ago of $14.30 mln.
