The concept of justice as applied in our society and the societal norm described by those words has (imo) a nasty subjective element of intent. So if you intend to rip someone off but end up giving them a good deal I do not think the word "just" as subjectively applied by our society would apply to your action.

I take into account the subjective meanings of the words, as used by society, when I compare my behavior to what is expected. If I did not my standard would be seriously flawed. The concept of "just" behavior toward (for example) people of color has significantly changed since I was a child.
