The fact that it closed so far off the day's high tells me that alot of small investors got burned recently and using this as a god send to get out. There maybe some hesitation prior to liftoff until the excess baggage is off.

The key thing for us GGs is that the event that will insure the formation of a tornado has occured.

I don't understand. Please clarify that.

In my mind, neither the joint venture nor the merger could ensure that a tornado takes place, only that if a tornado takes place that the Gorilla will be Gemstar.
