Bud -

[...I must confess I don't have a clue as to what you said in the paragraph about depositing or withdrawing $10,001 one day and reversing it the other????? What does that mean?]

As a part of the 'War on Drugs', every bank has been required to report to the government (DEA?) every customer who makes any transaction of $10,000 or greater based on the assumption that the customer is involved in drug money laundering. If you are stopped for a traffic violation, or are on a law enforcement list, or guilty of 'DWB' (driving while black) and you are carrying the $10,001, it will be tested for cocaine residue. Since almost all money in circulation has such residues, you will have both the money and your car forfeited to the local law enforcement organization, laundered through the federal agency involved, which will share in the proceeds. A large portion of local government law enforcement budgets is derived from supposed drug asset forfeitures. The burden is on you to spend years and hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees to recover your property, even if you are NEVER charged with a crime.

Unless you are the close relative of a US Senator, all that lies between you and a 20 year to life prison term is whether another convicted drug felon can be found to implicate you as part of his own plea bargain. It is clear that you simply do not understand the broad impact of the monstrous scheme that you are supporting.
