I heard a news report this morning that the IRA contribution limit is almost "certain" to be raised to $5000. That and a reduction or possibly even elimination of the death tax.

What is your take on RMBS today? Does it need to break 97 to give you another buy signal?

Speaking of liquidity, the front page of this past week's Barron's (which as a whole reads more and more like a rag by the way) was about the postal system in Japan and how the American fund family's are trying to get their piece of the pie.

I seem to recall you rambling about that to whoever would listen for some time now ;-)
