CNBC's Maria tried to get Bailey to comment on if he was comfortable with the analyst's estimates of 19 cents a share tomorrow, but he basically said wait until the close tomorrow for the announcement. When asked about whether the deal would be dillutive, Bailey's comments were that EPS growth has continued to outpace PMCS's investments in acquisitions and this deal didn't change that. He mentioned that broadband equipment purchases over the next 5 years will exceed $1 Trillion fueling tremendous growth for PMCS and the communications semiconductor market. -John
