An hour later, Bloomberg played Byron's interview again. I saw it all this time. He was careful to avoid saying explicitly that the two STW companies are scams, but he hinted broadly. He suggested that the companies don't amount to much and that ZERO's stock is headed downward hereafter. When asked whether the co.'s have made adequate disclosure, Byron said that the disclosure is worded very precisely, and that if you read it carefully you will see that the company doesn't do much. Re. STW Technologies and the fast-growing tree, he said that all that the disclosure says the company has is the "naming rights" for a very common tree; anybody can grow the tree from seed. I hadn't noticed this, so I looked in "Technologies" form 10, and here's what it says: Mr. Jeffrey Muller, President of the Company, developed the exclusive intellectual property naming rights to the tissue culture and cloning technology known as the Kiri Super Tree. edgar-online.com It looks like Byron is right. Apparently all Muller owns, if anything at all, is the right to use a certain brand name for this common asian tree. Byron was asked how the stock of ZERO got so high, and he said that it was all the news releases. I suppose he was unaware that ZERO is also, by its own account, spamming millions of email addresses to promote the stock. BTW, does anybody have a middle initial for David Morris, the guy who is quoted in several of ZERO's news releases?
