The corporations that indulge in that economic tomfoolery are no more guilty than the legions of accountants, CPAs and tax attorneys that suck off the teat of the IRS juggernaut and do their part in hampering the creation of real wealth.

The guilty parties are:

1. The Congress for allowing the IRS to exist.
2. The IRS.
3. The tax lobbyists.
4. The American people who are too complacent or fearful to fight back.
