Ouch... 6/6 IMNY. Why am I not excited? I might have canceled this one, but fell asleep at the switch.

Question - I have about $8k in stock and $600 in cash in the account.
If I sell some stock tomorrow, does that cover me for paying for
the two allocations, or can I just buy the IPOs on margin???

Using Cash
for non-margin purchases & withdrawals* $ XX,XXX
Using Margin
to purchase marginable securities $ XX,XXX
to purchase cash securities / options, or
maximum cash available to withdraw $ XX,XXX

This (in bold print) is the cash you have available for IPO's.

Elroy, you can buy with your "cash buying power" in your margin account, as long as you have enough. Otherwise, yes, you can sell other stocks tomorrow.
