Not sure but I believe you are serious. Too bad. At this point XOMA is the best source of answers for questions about its Human Engineering technology. Manny as good as he was and is would not be able to provide a meaningful answer. Mike Clark, a U.K. scientist, did provide some answers as to why xenomouse technology is not, in his opinion, the be all end all, in making Mabs. But he has done work for PDLI and has his own Mab patents. Still remember that the makers of Xenomouse mabs are also of course biased.

The XOMA answer provides more than most of us understood before about why XOMA believes its' technology is advantageous.
