After having a nice talk with our company and doing some more checking around, I've decided to keep buying this low until they have to let it go. There is no reason we should be down here. One of these days someone is going to wake up and realize they have to cover real fast and I'm going to love being here watching it.

I'm starting to think you are correct about taking the shares out of the street. I let 5,000 shares go free and saw 5,000 being played with. It could have been coincidence, but it was too weird for me :-) So I'm locking up every share from now on.
