New earnings numbers for ELN. I wish now I had gone long when the stock was in the upper $30s instead of just selling July $37-1/2 puts. Thread: We have long discussed this company in an open, intelligent and civil manner. Now, I must take a short holiday. You see, I am a Doe. I would appreciate your spreading the news to the other threads on SI especially about the defense fund. It seems to me, some of my friends on other threads (especially Intel) have made criticisms far harsher than mine. I suspect this may be the beginning of open season on the small internet investor. I can't comment on the suit except to say, what I posted was not libelous. Though I am an attorney, I will be talking with a First Amendment specialist today. To any of the other Elan 11 who live outside of NY, CSFB has jurisdictional problems with its NY filing. I have enjoyed your company and look forward to returning. Bill
