The shorts seem to be using a few press outlets to bash this company in public. I have seen this type of thing before and was just wondering when it would happen. With the new proliferation of web related "investment news" sites it was just a matter of time.

You think that analysts who are willing to prostitute themselves are only on the long side? So Colin Devine is motivate only by a pure commitment to Truth and Decency?

It seems to me that Street.com analysts are always willing to spread FUD about issues in which they have a short interest. I don't consider the publishing of unattributed quotations from short sellers to be either good journalism or good analysis. Chances are good that the short sellers these guys quote are located in the offices down the hall from them.
