donjuan, so far Wendt has already produced a nice " shortie squeeze " from 6 to 11.5. That's a 100% profit. Nice. However the short scenario remains hot because we now have a situation where we have a) the what I call the mo- mo shorts who read something in a thread about shorting CNC and who have never heard off/don't know brother Gary ( since they are part of the " gray, uninformed masses ") and where foolish enough to short again or, we have b ) those that are slow of thought and action shorts ( also known as the intellectually and physically challenged shorts ) who and didn't cover their butt in time . And finally we have The Crusading Short who is out to prove that he is never wrong in his initial investment. He is the counterpart of the long that won't sell a looser. In these category I would place shorts running SI Shorting threads. Obviously their reputation and credibility is at stake here. Some of these are individuals and some ae institutions. Do you work for an Institution donjuan shorting the stock? (1) A large and complex compensation package (2) Says he expects to have a plan of action in three months (3) Says he has no plan on how to repay debt (4) Puts together a secret press conference and doesn't invite the credit reporting agencies, who hold the power of life or death over CNC. I was a little skeptical about Gary Wendt at first, but now I have to agree with Tunica. This guy is FANTASTIC!
